📦✅Ordering Process:

1. First, choose the style you like from our shop. If you can't find a suitable model, you can also send us a message about the pattern you want to pose. Confirm your selection, add it to your cart, and proceed with your order. Make sure you provide the correct delivery address.
2. Second, share your photos with us via Etsy's messaging system. The photo should show your face, clothing, and posture. The clearer the image, the higher the accuracy of the production effect. Please specify your skin color, eye color and hair color preference, and we will produce according to your photos and requirements. If you have any other requirements, please let us know and we will try our best to meet them.
3. Third, after the order is created, we will create a draft first. Before starting production, I will confirm some basic information with you. In order to more accurately, I may contact you to send more photos.
4. It usually takes 5-8 days to make a basic framework. However, modifications may be made during the production process, so the production time will be relatively extended. If you have any modification comments, please reply in time, so that we can complete the production faster. We will modify it according to your opinion, and send photos to you for confirmation after modification. Please note that it cannot be modified after confirmation. ⏳ 🎉

1. The process involves making the head first, then the body, baking separately and finally assembling. There are at least three key verification steps, including making the head, creating the body and assembling the overall effect. If there are any problems with the head or body before baking, adjustments can be made, but once baking, modifications are impossible.
2. Once production starts, orders are not refundable because the raw materials have been purchased and a lot of time has been invested in processing the documents and design ideas. Please consider your decision carefully when placing your order, we do not accept some cancellation reasons, thank you for your understanding.
